Here is a Hallmark classic movie that is a heartwarming drama that brings to light the emotional toil that veterans go through when they return home. This movie inspired by a true story captures a variety of emotions. It is hard for families of veteran to sometimes understand the toll that war has taken on their loved one. But Duke, an adorable dog that wandered into a school, becomes part of Terry's life and helps him through the torment that he endures from the war along with giving him unconditional love.
Duke is also a story about the love people give to their pets and how hard it becomes to part with them when they are part of the family. It is a charming story that shows many lessons for the world we now live in. It speaks of many issues like those of returning veterans, families that are separated and the help of a dog to mend many wounds in a lot of people's lives.
